Last saturday, two friends and I went to see the excellent photo exhibition "Odo Yakuza Tokyo" by the Flemish photographer Anton Kusters. I had bought his book already, and was fascinated by his visual language. The layout of the exhibition really does these amazing photographs justice.

The exhibition is located in C-Mine, a cultural centre inside an old coal mining building in Genk (Belgium).

Next to the exhibition space, you could also find other design products in an industrial setting. Weird, but in a good way.

Add to this some nice Belgian beers for good measure, and you have an afternoon well spent. For those interested, there's more on my smugmug site.
