Two month update. A6000 is great.

  1. I picked up the Sony A6000 as an early Christmas gift to myself. Here are a few that I am proud of.

I have two SEL lenses, the50mm and 20mm. I also have three Older Legacy lenses which are enjoyable. I don't keep great records as to what lens was used where, so they all mixed up.

Has the F3 been retired then?
  5. Yup, I don't keep multiple bodies. I would not know what to do with multiple bodies.

A guy in my photography group sports an α6000 along with his α77
  7. I know a lot of photographers will carry multiple cameras, with different lenses to avoid lens swaping, but I have NO interest in carrying around more than one camera and being THAT guy at the kids birthday party. .

    Hi Dave!

That humming bird picture is amazing! Do you take raw images or JPEG? I found the a6000 in camera JPEGs to be really bad quality - jaggy and lossy, but your photos look great. How did you do it?

    Thanks in advance!

  9. Boy thats been too long ago, honestly don't remember. I usually shoot JPEG+RAW. 90% of the images are fine by themselves.
