It's always nice to get access to the conference rooms at the top of the Cap Center. They literally have a panoramic view of the East Side.

Lots of memories. I went to grad school at Brown and spent way too much time at that concrete tower behind the steeple of the church. Over the years, Providence has become a really nice small city.

The East Side remains the same, downtown has improved greatly and the Point District is being revived. There's still rough parts to be sure, but smaller than they were in the past.
