So I wake up after some late night work to find a little more light than usual, and discover it's about 1100. So here I am, jumping on the hourly bus into town and having a walk before meeting my dearest for a train.

In the square, just before it empties, enjoy the sun.

Onwards to a little place, breakfast and coffee. Delicious.

Then, south. Someone decided that their best interest was raising prices now - enjoy stupidity in business, best location wasted.

Jump on the train, and for someone this Saturday morning was too heavy.

Then we reach Florence, walk, eat, sit. Meanwhile, nature's miracles go on.

And in the darkest conrner where everyone and his dog carry a camera, we meet the Serious Shooter. (Huge tripod included)

Some art to see, some people watching, ice cream. (we actually jumped on the train for the best from Grom - a known secret as you see)

Then the Duomo. In this light we can enjoy every corner.

A moment, watching people watching art.
Or so it says on the box di alfrjw, su Flickr

We turn a corner, enjoy music in the square of S.Maria Novella, and observe Saturday Afternoon etology.

Then, train-sleep-dinner. And breakfast, of course.

    Nice photos!

Can't help but notice the man on the left is grinning large at the cleaning guy, like he's just pooped on the pavement and is taunting the man in the cleaning truck to clean it.

  6. As always, enjoying the story as much as the photographs. I'll never get to Italy. This is almost as good :)
