The Proof is in the Pudding (and other misspoken bits)

I hate tog too with a passion. It has two meanings for me. The first is "Terry's Old Geezers/Gals". The eponymous Terry (Wogan) was a "national treasure" broadcaster and the togs were his followers. The other meaning of course is the measure of the warmth of a duvet.

Neither have the slightest relevance to photography.

When I was a child, our swimming costumes were referred to as togs. Its a ridiculous contraction of "photographer" and I think people using it think they are a bit special. So if you read this, and are one of those... STOPPIT AT ONCE!!
