The third one, mate. I'm getting itchy feet, thinking of heading back to those parts. I wasn't fussed about seeing the Taj Mahal till I got there and realise it is astonishingly beautiful.

Please go tell Streetshooter you posted these
  4. First and third for me are superb. Stunning colour and detail.

    Thanks all,

The Taj is absolutely outstanding and when you realise it took 22yrs and 22,000 labourers + 1000 elephants to build it and it is only when you stand next to it that you realise the size of it and beauty of all that marble.

    Beautiful photos Ian!

Did there used to be a rule about no photography in the past?

There is still a rule that you cannot take photos inside and the guards will blow their whistles and stop the crowd moving to speak to anyone even raising a camera so very strict on no photos inside, it is small and crowded inside and the guards keep the crowd moving as there are hundreds waiting to go through.

Amazing place with a real and powerful aura to it.
