There were those that said I never would go digital? I said I will never go digital? and on Friday last I took delivery of the above camera body and lens.
So far I am very impressed, or as impressed as a Yorkshire Luddite can manage, but realistically I am a digital Neanderthal with just under 60 years involvement in photography beginning with an Ilford Sportsman, travelling through Pentax Spotmatic, various Nikon F models, Olympus OM2's and finally settling on Rolleiflex and Leica M6's with Summicron optics. It is these optics I have retained and I have ordered, but still await an adaptor to use my M lenses with. I did part X one M6 and my beloved Summicron 35mm asph to fund this latest venture. I look forward to learning much and contributing in return
