Back to work for some - find time for a photo.
I needed something quick to shoot today before heading off to work, walked through my daughters bedroom and saw these bottles of smelly stuff all lined up, not sure if she likes the perfume or the pretty bottles the most.

No work for me today, this basically sums it up for me. I suppose I could call this "Short Term Solution".

Actually, it was quite fun editing this image with the orange, red and blue greyscale sliders in camera raw. Don't say I'm not dedicated, getting these SIJ posts was the first thing I did after being chained to the bed for 18 hours (after eating).

Get well - at least sitting up is possible, apparantly.
Where's a 'Get well soon!' button when you need one? Anyway, hope you're back on track ASAP, Rayvonn.
Sounds like you're on the mend. I had a similar muscle spasm some years ago and they are horrible. I thought my kidney must have been exploding at the very least. I hope yours sorts itself out soon! Thanks guys, the visiting doctor gave me an injection and 24 hours later, I'm able to walk at least. Not going into work tomorrow and it's tracksuit trousers and cab rides in when I do.
That's the spirit!Nothing from me today. Sick as a dog, and slept for most of it. I'm going to cheat and post one from my iphone from yesterday evening (it was close to midnight) and the only lighting was from a street lamp across the road from this tree. Its pretty much sooc (or, as it happens, soo6s)

Sounds familiar. My N.sciaticus kept me entertained for three-and-a-half years. Could hardly walk if at all, went through armies of therapists and nothing but deep procaine infilltrations with 4 inch needles really worked, albeit only for 45 minutes per shot. Had the time of my life .Thanks guys, the visiting doctor gave me an injection and 24 hours later, I'm able to walk at least. I guess my geography needs a bit of fine tuning . . . I always thought the Canary Islands would be mostly warm and sunny.Just back from a little walk 'round the house. Wet feet as usual but then there's tea - ....loads .
Yeah, like in paradise but I'm on an extended stayover in East-Frisia; quite the contrast to say the least.I guess my geography needs a bit of fine tuning . . . I always thought the Canary Islands would be mostly warm and sunny.
Gorgeous - I wish we'd had any sunshine today. Now the light is fading ...View attachment 122750
