I got really fed up with the Leica today and after taking a few like this early this morning, I swapped the 50mm Summilux and put it on the A7RII..... then when I look at what I got out of the Leica I find that it's impossible to replicate those files with those of the Sony no matter it's the same lens. There's something about the Leica processing that is unique..... but it's a pig!

I have to agree using the Mono 246 for this has been tricky. I find myself thinking and preplanning how to approach an image, not at all a P&S or grab shot camera! But the results are sometime amazing. Looking at what you have been posting this month the results are worth the effort.

Another use for the 'double boiler'. Scrubbed potatoes in the top, pinto beans in the bottom. In a couple hours, we'll bake a "pone" of cornbread in the cast iron skillet, and have a meal fit for a 'red neck'.
