Canon 50/1.2, wide-open on the M8.
Brian, thank you for this thread. I love the fall season...and do still like some parts of winter.
From a few years ago, but this tree will be this red shortly.
Pentax 85/4.5 Ultra-Achromat on the Fujica ST801.
Just got an adapter to use this lens with the EP2, for this Fall season.
I love the third shot. Particularly the silhouettes of the leaves behind each other. I'll be paying attention to this thread, as fall is my favorite season.

Taken off the deck of our rented beach house - during a much longed for break from the wild, stormy week.
I really like the leaves taken with the Fujica ST801. I would be interested to see what the Pentax 85mm looks like on the E-P2.
Thanks for sharing!
Jupiter-3, wide-open on the EP2.
Late day Sun.
Brian, I particularly like that first one - something about the ephemeral quality in the lighting and movement, I think.
J-3, modified for close-focus, wide-open on the M8.
One of my lens tests after hacking it.
And from a 1957 J-3, wide-open at F1.5, after adjusting focus for the Leica, on the M8.
Nikkor 5cm F1.4, wide-open on the Nikon SP
Beautiful, Brian - I feel as though I'm falling...along with the leaves that will soon be down all around us here in much of the USA.

NEX5 18-55 kit lens (nothing exotic I'm afraid, straight OOC!)
Not much going on here photographically (in this post, plenty going on in some of the posts that preceded this one), but saw some actual colors and signs of autumn FINALLY on a bike ride this afternoon. Had to document it. All with the S90.

Fall is one of my favorite times of year. I need to get out to the countryside - soon! Thanks for these Ray, it's a beautiful day up here in New York, too. Your photos make me feel happy - and hopeful...and glad that the snow won't fall around here for quite a while.
