Show: Spring 2013 (in the Northern Hemisphere anyway :) )

Last Fall, I planted some Daffodils and have been impatiently waiting throughout this long Winter for them to come up. The first one bloomed today.

I would normally thank all contributions to image threads I start, but there's been a rush and I haven't been keeping up and 'm not going back and doing all that clikcing ...

Spring is finally getting going. I even saw some grass going to seed the other day.

At least the bird activity suggests spring!

It's spring, but not as we know it. This Ash tree is barely starting to come into leaf, however I think my local Carrion Crows may have hatched their young, so they have some faith in the season. My local Whitethroats have only just returned, 3 weeks late and I've only sighted my local Swifts for an hour earlier this week, none since, global warming, hah, poor name for it!
