Launceston & Sydney

A collection from my recent trip to Iceland. I spent most of my time there walking across the country (a pretty intense story that I'll share separately), and had a couple of days relaxing in Reykjavik afterwards before flying home.

Shot with the M2, 35mm Color Skopar and Portra 400 (with one on Neopan 100 and one with the 'fat' 90mm Tele-Elmarit).

It's a fascinating place, well captured! I spent a long weekend there 2 years ago. It was just before Christmas, everywhere was decorated with images of the Yule Lads, and the (powered by free electricity) lights were blazing in every window. Truly memorable.

Iceland is high on my bucket list. Even after they beat us -again- in the qualifying match yesterday. I can live with that, because their team played better. Anyhow, nice pictures from an intriguing country.
