Sony Removing aperture settings from screen

Hi, in intelligent auto shooting mode the aperture settings are displayed along the bottom of the screen.

Is there any setting that removes their display?

I don't think so.

If you select "No Display" with the DISP button, that will remove all of the overlay information which covers up parts of the image. But the fundamental exposure information below the image will remain, which for iAuto mode is shutter speed, aperture and ISO. In other modes you get the exposure compensation setting too.
