I will..... with fond memories. I don't love the cold, but I can put on my insulated boots, long underwear, a hat and gloves and a nice warm coat and stay outside for hours. There's nothing I can do when the mercury rises....except hide inside.
It would have to be very unusual weather in the UK to get me complaining about heat and humidity - the last time we had any weather that warranted that kind of grumbling was 1976...! We get more than our share of rain and cold here, so I'm hoping for a good summer. From a photographic perspective, there is one tiny problem, however... good winter light (emphasis on good) is generally much better for photography than summer light, here. It's a shame that, in the winter, we just don't get very much light - of any description..!
I much prefer the heat, as I don't mind sweating and it only gets stupid hot for maybe a couple weeks total here in Iowa.
In the heat of summer I always say, "At least it's not February" I'll take the heat and daylight every time.
