Leica M9 in Thailand

I took the M9 to Thailand with the 35mm Zeiss Biogon. I did not use it as much as I had hoped but here is a few shots from it. I guess I am still getting use to only having 1 prime lens and left more comfortable using the Fuji X-T1 and a zoom lens.

Looks like it was a great trip, James! It's probably me knowing these were shot with Leica, but my eyes say "yup, these are Leica shots." :^)

The 35mm perspective is a great one and some are AOK shooting just that. I did so on a trip to Spain a year back, but chose an X-E1 Fuji with the 27mm pancake . Was worried about theft for the Leica, and wanted as slimline for the camera as practical.

With the M9 and a sharp 35mm, there's plenty of resolution to crop to 50mm or even a bit more. Still, it is nicer to see the field of view as you're shooting.
