i have an rx100 (mk1) and need a grip. dont care for the flipbac or franiec ones- i do like the jb grip-base but its out of stock (and possibly production...) do i have any alternatives aside from making one myself? i have really big hands and the camera is soooo tiny.

Looks like you can buy the JB Designs grip here: http://www.techgeekshop.com/product/?id=1066259

Have you tried flipbac? I have big hands as well and use one on my RX100. Love it.

the sony grip isnt that great- i tried one at a local store.

that techgeek website is just a storefront for amazon- who happens to be the only retailer i can find for that grip. and its OOS and has been for a few weeks.

im almost ready to get out the tools and make my own...

The Sony grip for the RX100/100II is terrific.
