Does anyone know if the Nikon 1 V3 offers a digital zoom or i-zoom feature?

I wouldnt think so, Jock, cant think of any interchangeable lens cameras which do, because of the zoom lenses?

 

Don't forget you can always crop after you shoot.

 

Most if not all of the current Panasonic m43's have this feature. Especially in video mode is this useful. It's the main reason why I use the GH2 and GH3 for nature videos.
