Peeping through the Corn Rows

I wish my wife was like that! If she sees any arthropods in our house, she immediately goes into the full panic mode and demands that I kill them. It makes me really sad because I don't want to kill anything.
I don't like to kill spiders but I dont want them inside the house so those have to go. Especially the big Huntsman spiders. One decided to make its nest inside the flap of my backpack (not in use, and inside my wardrobe at the time) and I woke up one morning to the sight of tiny baby Huntsmen marching across the wall, the pillow, the bedclothes out of the wardrobe. I'm afraid I had to commit genocide on that lot. There were hundreds of them. Huntsmen usually have up to 2-300 at a time.

Until that day I used to allow them indoors, they did a good job of keeping other spiders and insects under control. I'd send them out again once they had finished their job. No more.
