Colorizing black and white photos

    Is it just me, or did that Einstein portrait look better in color? :)

    On a personal note with old pictures something is often lost when mono is changed to colour, it all depends on the subject.

    Although the colorizing is extremely well done, I prefer the monochrome originals. I felt the same way - more strongly actually - when the insufferable Ted Turner started colorizing classic B&W films some years back.

    Guess I'm just a relic....
