This is the Blackfriars distillery in Southside Street, on Plymouth Barbican, where Coates and Co have been distilling Plymouth Gin since 1793, the building being located on the site of a medieval building housing the friary of a group of Black Friars.

Barrie, I gotta tell ya my friend... It's a real nice photo. You really know how to get the image out of the G1.
Now the truth... The title of this thread is the mother of all titles on SC.
    Thanks..... Don

Barrie, thank you kindly! Perhaps a nice gin and tonic with a twist of lime is in order? It's such a summertime drink.

As for that photo - I love the blue and white that the wise distillers of Blackfiars had the good taste to choose. How is it that everything is so darn picturesque and scenic? The pennant flags strung across the street are wonderful!
