Fuji Battery corroded in my EF-X20

And now it doesn’t fire. Is there any way to go about fixing it?

Is there corrosion on the contacts in the camera?

It looks to mostly be on the leads on the door not down in the camera.

I would think the camera would work if there is no corrosion at the connection points. Maybe try cleaning the corrosion from the door to see if that fixes it.

If it's in the door, then it should be salvageable. Clear off the larger deposits using a plastic pick or the tines of a disposable fork - something blunt, gentle, non-metallic. With what's left, use a Q-Tip/Ear cleaner dipped in some vinegar. Finish off with a lightly moistened cloth and allow it to air dry.
