Thought I'd share a few photographs I made today while on a walk around the Aspen Meadows Resort. My plane is broke and had some time to photograph. Plus, I made a huge mistake in that last evening I was messing around shooting some high ISO images in my room and had set the camera to JPG only in B&W. My normal shooting setup is DNG+ JPG with the JPG set to B&W. So while shooting this morning I didn't realize I was only in JPG mode. Anyway...

All of these were shot with my Leica M-E and Leica APO Summicron-M 75mm ASPH.

The sun was already up and a little bit of haze can be seen in a view of one of ski slopes:

Not far down the path is Castle Creek (,16z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x9c3e6506954f4c5a)

This is the path I was walking:

Some of the native mountain flowers along the way:

I really wanted to capture this bridge in color but I will have time to try again in the morning when the light will correct again.

    Some B&W contrast stuff:

This is a homeowner's pretty cool seat to hangout by the creek:
