Sony Anybody using the Lens Turbo II with the E Mount and have mounting issues?

Last week I picked up a Lens Turbo II (Nikon F to E adapter) for my recently acquired NEX-6. Optically it works great, but I was having issues with the LT II adapter slipping out of the lock position when trying to switch out lenses. I realized there's a little metal tab that was slightly depressing the lens release button. I was thinking of sending my adapter back for a replacement, but since it's the Passover Holiday, I didn't feel like waiting for B&H to reopen next week. So at the expense of my warranty and the option to return it, I ended up filing down the tab slightly. Now the adapter locks into place securely with no problem. I remember reading a thread on dpreview posted 10 months ago that the first batch of LT II adapters had a rubber foam tab, but I guess they recently switched to a full metal tab.

Anyways, I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues with their Lens Turbo II for the E mount?
