Cannot upload to SIJ or my randoms gallery .

Suspect it is the server move, i got the same message.

Yes, it's the server move. I just changed some settings. Could you try again and tell me if the problem is still there?

i just created a new gallery, and uploaded.

Seems fine now.

Of course my second guess was Space Aliens had taken over the site.
