Am trying to update the firmware on my Canon EOS-M (Mark 1) from v2.0.2 to v2.0.3 but the 'OK' button is greyed out (pics attached). Have gone through all the right procedures, including having a fully charged, original Canon battery and trying different P.A.S.M modes. Emailed Canon but they gave me a generic/automated reply so that was a waste of time. I've not installed ML. Has anyone else come up with this problem and or is there a fix?
I don't know anything about updating firmware specific to Canon cameras, but have you tried deleting the new firmware and downloading a new one...it's possible the file is corrupt
