Mine is a keeper for a good while. I wouldn't want it as an ONLY camera, but I love it as ONE of a now relatively small collection of cameras. It has the best image quality, the best PARTS of an interface (although the whole interface took some getting used to), the best low light performance, and overwhelmingly the best viewfinder of any camera I own. I use it a lot and like it a lot. I also like my even more discrete GRD3 for street shooting in good light and I'm very pleased to now have an m43 camera I like again to go with my small collection of m43 lenses (and to have a camera with lightning fast AF and other reflexes). If I had to choose just one, it would be the EP3 because of its incredibly versatility, but I'm deeply grateful to be able to own more than one and the X100 is a big part of my quiver. Those three cameras cover just about any eventuality (except for a flip up screen, so I MAY replace the EP3 with an EPL3 in time, depending on how much I end up using the EP3 touch screen and how much I like the EPL3 when I get a chance to check one out) and I'm very pleased to have each. I can see improvements to a future version of the X100 (maybe from Fuji, maybe from a competitor) that would get me to replace it, but nothing out there now would cause me to sell it.
