Was interesting to visit the Wool Testing Authority yesterday and watch a step in the wool processing that I wasn't even aware of…here's a few glimpses as seen with the IIIf and Summicron. And for the film folks out there, shot again with TMY2 (TMax400) developed in the let of my Perceptol (1+3)

Interesting to see the the actual TMAX400 film grain but love the light in the last one especially.
Thanks Christi. Funny you should mention the grain as I normally don't see much of it either - especially in Perceptol - though it has crept in recently. Maybe the heat here of late is putting out my development a little - with the rise in ambient temperature? I just took another roll out of the camera and I'll be careful to keep it all at 20degrees and see if it makes a difference.

That's a lot of wool! Great perspectives and compositions.

It would be difficult for me to go back to film, not knowing for certain about an exposure, not being certain about a composition while shooting.

But I do remember what fun it was to finally see the "thumbnails" emerge on a proof sheet, to work an enlargement by cropping, dodging, and burning. :)
