Well I'm biased because I've never really used anything else. But the Pentax and compatible lens options are excellent, and the cameras are small and lightweight (but not so quirky as the Olympus range). The Pentax lenses don't seem to work quite so well with mirrorless...
TBH I'd start with yellow or orange rather than red. Yellow still gives you a reasonable effect with clouds, while orange is quite a bit stronger. Once you get onto the red filter, even with TTL metering you may have to add a stop because the red filter can affect the meter readings.

While it's nice to have a medium format camera that folds up small enough to go in your pocket, I find I rarely use mine (which was inherited from my father). Several usability issues: the viewfinder is poor, with visible distortion and quite faded; the wind-on with red window view to work out...

Jose, that doesn't look like dirt to me; more like a problem in the developing. Is it definitely on the negatives? Does it happen with more than one film, or more particularly, from more than one batch?
If it's dirt, you should clearly see it on the negatives themselves. If it's a processing...
The X20 is not yet finalised, so there's still time for those Fuji engineers to tweak a few details. So what really irritates you about your X10 that they might fix?
