    Yeah, it's a lovely little camera. My only gripe is how long it takes the lens to retract after switching it off.. a whole two or three seconds :) I guess I can probably just about live with that with image quality like this :) Thanks all.

    Sony Showcase Rx100 images

    First post :) Just got on the original RX100 after ditching DSLR years ago and dalliances with Canon G12, Micro Four Thirds and G1X. I've been desperately searching for something tiny to use for landscapes (Scottish mountains mostly) and this thing might just fit the bill :)
