There are some reviews on the net. IMO the 90mm lens is a little bit heavy, AF speed is super fast. The IQ is comparable with Olympus 75/1.8. I would recommend to read the review on Admiring Light blog. :)

I tried to manage that. :) Anyway I ordered the L-plate with hand grip, it didn't arrive before the event. I think with the grip it will be better.

As I said in the talkemount forum, this New York Zombiecon is a fun event. I brought my X-T10 with 90/2.0 for fast AF-C and ideal portrait shots.

Yes, most are 1.2 or 1.4. I only used small apertures for a few group shots. The 56mm lens is great, but it indeed would hesitate more comparing to 90mm lens when focusing.

Just my experience, you know...first I had the x100s, but I had the A7 too, so the 35mm range was a little bit overlapped. The 55-200 lens is great from all the reviews I could find and I am comfortable with this range. So I got the X-E2 and lenses. I wanted to wait for the X-E2 firmware update...

I used to have a x100s and a X-E2. I don't know about the xpro1 sensor though. I got the similar colors from X-E2/55-200 combo, maybe because they have the same sensor.

So I took my new X-T10 with 55-200 to the native American Pow Wow last weekend. The camera is fun to use. With AF-C, CH, Zone 5x3, no Pre-AF, the tracking is not that bad. For fast moving object, the initial lock is not great with 55-200 lens. I think I can practice more to improve the overall...

My copy had dusts inside so I returned it. I didn't get another copy. Now I am thinking, if there is no OIS, it might be hard to use it especially in dark places/indoors.

X-E2 definitely. It will get the FW 4.0 update in November.

It does make sense. Even today's 4K video captured frame is good enough for many still-photo uses.
