Fuji Anyone gone from Olympus 75mm to Fujinon 90mm?

If so, I'd be very interested to hear from you with your experiences. The 75 has been the only reason I still cling to my m43 gear (it was stuck to my E-P5 before some teenager known to me broke it). Today, in the camera shop, I attached the 90 on to my X-E3. Didn't use it, just wanted to know how it felt in the hand in comparison to the E-P5/75, which I've always found astounding on a size/ performance ratio. And it didn't feel as big as I'd feared - got me thinking this really could be the one that replaces the 75. So I thought I'd aim this question at anyone who's gone through this process, for only you will know this weird feeling of actually bumping the 75, something I never thought I'd consider.

There's nothing like the feel of the O75 - I still miss it and that was years ago. It's more than the sum of it's parts.

You can do it. You'll get used to the feel which isn't bad and then you'll see the images which will satisfy you in the same way as the Oly and then you'll be writing about it like me. That you miss it and that was years ago.

Thanks, I can see you understand that this is something that one needs to be 'coached' through and I appreciate it.

I'm in that boat. My O75 is likely my favorite lens. I keep it attached to the original EM5. I think you should keep the 75 and buy the 90:D, then, if the 90 fulfills your expectations, slowly release the 75 into the wild.

That’s actually the best idea. Get one from Amazon and decide if it’s for you in the 30 day return window.
