How's weather at your place?

Heavy overcast in northern Vermont with a forecast of some "mixed stuff" tonight.
. . . David

Yep, it's warmer down South of you. We're getting all the "Green" on the Radar Picture. Outtakes from SiJ Day 23.

It was 63 F here yesterday. Dropping rapidly tonight with a chance of freezing rain and a "wintry mix" tomorrow.
I have to stand corrected. The weather went from nice and balmy to sheets of non-stop rain. Temp is supposed to drop steadily back to Winter norms by evening, then a slight rebound into the 40s (F) for the weekend. Typical unsettled mess for this time of year.

Snow now melting fast in bright sunshine. We had the third fall of 20cm or more this winter on Saturday night. Not much by northern NA or central European standards but for the UK it's been an exceptional year. Spring just refuses to arrive.

This was taken in Sydney having been 38 on Saturday, 40 on Sunday and 31 today (and it's autumn!?).

I'm just wondering how @kyteflyer coped after suffering this same heat last year?

We had Saturday 39, Sunday 40 and yesterday 40 again. Insane for Autumn, but its Summer's last hurrah and today is supposed to be much cooler. I cope by going nowhere. Yesterday I kept Toby inside, because he failed to come home on Sunday and I found him gasping in the shade (?) of a frangipani a few houses away from here. He drank about 500ml of water in half an hour which is a lot for a little cat. He was so wrecked, he could not even walk home. Poor little tyke (but what an idiot, not coming home earlier like he normally does)
