Pentax Loving my Pentax Q !

Been a member of this site for some years but not felt inclined to post until recently. I'm an Olympus micro four thirds user and very much into old glass. The Q appealed as having owned a Pentax Auto 110 full kit, I wanted to have the Q as the nearest digital equivalent regards size/ form factor.
Getting slammed by the reviewers has driven the price down, so I indulged 3 weeks ago via Amazon UK- got the body and kit zoom. Then the f1.9 prime. Still playing around but loving it's functionality. Also enjoying reading all the posts in the Q Forum :)

I sold mine some time ago but now regret it. Was reviewing some images from my Q recently and they were fantastic. It has a certain way of rendering. Just might snag another one.

they are so cheap just now you should get another ! I've not posted many of my Q images on Flickr yet but intend to soon.

One of my "doodad" thread cameras is the Q, a Q to K adaptor, and a Pentax 50 f4 macro. I still want a Q7 because I so enjoy using this camera. Like the Fuji XF1 it's a camera that punches above it's sensor class.

Not invested in adapters yet as I use my E-PL1 and E-P3 for manual focus with the electronic viewfinder. But so far I agree the results are better than I was expecting especially with the fast prime.
